If your KYC is approved

You receive an approval email. Your investor dashboard unlocks access to:
  • The equity marketplace — browse and invest in available properties
  • Property inspections — book viewings for listings you are interested in
  • Investment and portfolio management
After approval, go to your dashboard and select Marketplace to browse available equity listings and begin investing.

If your KYC is rejected

You receive a rejection email with a reason. The reason is also displayed on your KYC page inside the dashboard.
1

Review the rejection reason

Read the note on your KYC summary page carefully. Common reasons include an unreadable document, a mismatch between your name and ID, or a missing required field.
2

Click Edit and Resubmit

On your KYC summary page, click Edit & Resubmit. Your previously submitted details are pre-filled so you only need to correct what is flagged.
3

Make your corrections and resubmit

Update the relevant fields or re-upload clearer documents, then submit again. The review process restarts with a fresh 2–3 business day window.
Once your KYC is approved, it cannot be edited. If you need to update your details after approval, contact support.

Viewing your submitted KYC

After submission, your KYC page shows a read-only summary of everything you provided, organised into four sections: Personal Details, Profession, Documents, and Next of Kin. The current review status is shown at the top of the page. If your KYC is still under review, you can still view your submission but cannot edit it until a decision is made — unless you click Edit Submission to make corrections proactively.
