Your portfolio dashboard gives you a complete picture of every equity position you own across all Shelta Asset properties. From here you can track the value of your holdings, monitor estimated earnings, view the anonymised list of co-landlords sharing a property with you, and drill into the disbursement history for each position.

Portfolio overview

The top section of the dashboard shows your aggregate position across all properties.

Total portfolio value

The sum of all your equity positions in ₦. This reflects the amount you have invested, not a marked-to-market valuation.

Total active positions

The number of positions with a status of Locked or Unlocked. Positions listed for sale are excluded from this count.

Next disbursement

The next pending rental income payment due to you, shown with the period it relates to.

Payout schedule

Your chosen disbursement frequency: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. You can update this from your account settings.

Equity positions

Each property you have invested in appears as a separate equity position card. Click any card to open the full position detail page.

Position status

Every equity position carries one of three statuses.
Your equity is within the 24–30 month lock period from the date of purchase. You receive your share of net rental income during this period, but you cannot list your equity for sale on the secondary market yet.

Estimated earnings

The portfolio dashboard pre-computes estimated earnings for each position so you do not have to calculate them manually.
Calculated as:
annualRentCurrent × (1 − managementFeeRate) × (yourEquityValue / totalEquityValue)
This is the amount you would receive over a full year if the current rent level and your equity stake remain unchanged. The management fee rate is 8.5%.
The estimated annual earnings divided by 12. This gives you a useful monthly reference figure regardless of your chosen payout schedule.
Estimated earnings are projections based on current rent levels. Actual disbursements may differ if the rent changes, the property has a vacancy period, or deductions apply.

The detail page shows the full context of the property you are invested in.

Co-landlords

Every property shows an anonymised list of all active equity holders so you can see how ownership is distributed. Your own position is labelled You. Other investors are shown as Landlord 01, Landlord 02, and so on, ordered by equity value from largest to smallest. For each co-investor you can see:
  • Their anonymised label
  • Their equity value in ₦
  • Their percentage stake in the property
  • Their position status (LOCKED, UNLOCKED, or LISTED FOR SALE)
Co-landlords identities are never disclosed. The anonymised labels are assigned dynamically and may shift in order as equity positions change.

Disbursement history

The bottom section of each position detail page shows a chronological log of every disbursement associated with that property and your account. Each disbursement record includes:

The rent period this disbursement covers, e.g. 2025-Q1.

Gross Rent
The total rent collected from tenants for this period, in ₦.
​
Management Fee
The 8.5% management fee deducted from gross rent, in ₦.
​
Net Rent
Gross rent minus the management fee. This is the amount distributed across all equity holders.
​
Distribution Amount
Your share of the net rent for this period, in ₦.
​
Status
PENDING — scheduled but not yet paid. PAID — transferred to your account.
​
Paid At
The date and time the payment was made, if status is PAID.
