Where to find your payment history
Log in to your investor dashboard
Go to app.sheltaasset.com and sign in to your account.
Open Payments
In the sidebar, click Payments. Your full transaction history loads in reverse chronological order, with the most recent payment at the top.
What each payment entry shows
Each row in your payment history includes the following information:| Field | What it means |

| Type | The kind of payment — for landlords, this is always EQUITY PURCHASE |
| Asset | The name and asset code of the property the payment was for |
| Amount | The amount paid, displayed in naira (₦) |
| Status | Whether the payment succeeded, is pending, or failed (see below) |
| Date | When the payment was initiated |
| Paystack reference | A unique transaction ID you can quote when contacting support |
Payment statuses
PENDING — payment is being processed
PENDING — payment is being processed
The payment has been initiated but not yet confirmed. This status appears immediately after you complete the Paystack checkout and while the platform is waiting for Paystack to confirm receipt of funds.Most payments move out of
PENDING within a few seconds. If a payment stays in PENDING for more than a few minutes, note your Paystack reference and contact support.A
PENDING payment does not mean your equity position has been created yet. Equity is only allocated once the payment moves to SUCCESS.SUCCESS — payment confirmed
SUCCESS — payment confirmed
The payment was received and confirmed by Paystack. Your equity position in the asset has been created and is now visible in your portfolio.If you see a
SUCCESS status but cannot find the corresponding equity position in your portfolio, wait a few minutes and refresh. If the issue persists, contact support with your Paystack reference.FAILED — payment did not go through
FAILED — payment did not go through
The payment was not completed successfully. Common reasons include a declined card, insufficient funds, or a network error during checkout.A
FAILED payment does not affect your account standing. You can return to the marketplace and initiate a new investment for the same property if equity is still available.How amounts are displayed

Your Paystack reference is a unique identifier for each transaction. It is shown in the Paystack reference column of your payment history. It looks like this:- Contact support about a payment issue

My payment shows SUCCESS but I can't see my equity position. What do I do?
Equity allocation happens automatically once Paystack confirms the payment. There is usually a delay of a few seconds between the payment being confirmed and the equity position appearing in your portfolio. Refresh your portfolio page. If the position is still missing after 10 minutes, contact support and share your Paystack reference.

If your bank account was debited but the payment shows as
FAILED on the platform, contact your bank and also reach out to Shelta Asset support with your Paystack reference. Paystack handles the reconciliation process and any refunds where applicable.Can I see payments for disbursements received (rental income)?

Your payment history shows outgoing payments you have made — specifically equity purchases. Rental income disbursements are tracked separately in the Disbursements section of your portfolio. Go to your portfolio, open the relevant equity position, and view the disbursement history there.

Your full payment history is available from the date you first invested on the platform. No records are deleted.
