Property classes
Properties are grouped into three classes based on their total equity value. The class appears on every listing card and detail page.Class A
Total equity value of ₦100,000,000 or above. Flagship assets in prime locations.
Class B
Total equity value between ₦50,000,000 and ₦99,999,999. Mid-tier commercial and residential assets.
Class C
Total equity value below ₦50,000,000. Entry-level opportunities suited to first-time landlords.
Browsing and filtering listings
Open the marketplace from your landlord dashboard. The default view returns the most recently listed properties, paginated at nine per page. Use the filters to narrow results.Category — EQUITY or RENT

- EQUITY — you purchase a fractional ownership stake and earn a share of rental income and any capital appreciation.
- RENT — you invest to participate in rental income from a tenanted property.
- Leave the filter set to ALL to see every available listing.

Select a class to filter by the total equity value range described above. Leave unset to see all classes.
State and LGA
State and LGA
Pick a state to narrow results to a specific Nigerian state. Once a state is selected, you can further filter by local government area (LGA).
Keyword search
Keyword search
Search by property name, street address, or asset code. The search is case-insensitive and matches partial strings.
What a listing card shows
Each card in the marketplace grid displays the key details you need to shortlist a property.Name and asset code
The property name and its unique asset code (e.g.
SRA-001) used to identify it across the platform.Location
The LGA and state, e.g. Lekki, Lagos.
Total equity value
The full value of all equity available in the property, displayed in ₦.
Equity available
How much equity has not yet been purchased. Calculated as total equity value minus all allocated equity.
Projected ROI
The pre-computed annualised return on investment for the asset, shown as a percentage.
Category badge
Whether the property is listed as an EQUITY or RENT opportunity.
A listing is automatically removed from the marketplace once all equity has been allocated (for EQUITY assets) or an active tenancy is in place (for RENT assets).

Before investing you can request an in-person viewing of any active listing. Inspections are confirmed by the Shelta Asset team within 24 hours.Open the property detail page
